We all love hummingbirds. They are so gracious and magical, and we all want them in our gardens. If you want to have hummingbirds visiting you in your garden, you need to attract them somehow, and there are a few things you can do of attract hummingbirds:
- Plant more flowering plants, especially those that are known to attract hummingbirds like: hostas, columbine, petunias, foxglove, salvia, bleeding heart, etc.
- Red color is especially attractive to hummingbirds.
- Hang a hummingbird feeder in a safe place. Make sure it is not in an easy access for predators.
- Deadhead your flowers to incentivize the pants to produce more blooms. More blooms, more hummingbirds.
- Provide a source of water, like a fountain or a birdbath.
